- Your plan settings, locking periods and subscription status.
- Broker connection status, account snapshots and imported trade records when you connect a supported broker.
- Device, browser, error and basic usage information needed for security and reliability.
We do not ask for your broker password or TOTP on STREEAK MODE. Broker-mandated login takes place through the broker’s official flow.
How We Use Information
- Provide, secure and improve the platform.
- Display your broker-imported journal and calculate performance from stored trade records.
- Verify purchases and manage subscription access.
- Respond to support requests and send important service notices.
Security and Retention
Broker tokens and app secrets are encrypted server-side and are not made readable to the browser. Profile photos are kept in private storage. We retain information while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for legal, fraud-prevention and accounting obligations.
No online system is completely risk-free; you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and device.
Your Choices and Requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through our Contact page. Some transaction and compliance records may need to be retained where required by law.
