STREEAK MODE does not sell or ship any physical product. Therefore, no product return, exchange, pickup or shipping process applies.
Digital Access
Purchases provide time-limited access to digital platform features associated with the selected plan. Digital access cannot be physically returned or exchanged after activation. Refund questions are governed by our Refund Policy.
Incorrect or Missing Access
If verified payment does not activate the correct plan, contact us with your registered email and payment reference. We will review the transaction and correct eligible account access. Never share your payment PIN, broker password or one-time code.
